2. Select pick up location, date, time and click Search Now.
3. Select the car, then fill in booking form and submit.
4. Wait for confirmation.
5. Make payment and drive.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Vehicle Collection

• During vehicle collection, the hirer is required to check for any damage to the vehicles (interior & exterior). Be advised to check the spare tyre, tyre opener and tools of the vehicle. Should any damage or missing part be found, please inform our staff immediately. Any damage or missing part that is not reported earlier will be considered under the hirer responsibility.

Third Party Driver

• The hirer is not allowed to hand over the rented vehicle to other third party without permission from the company.

Passenger Limit

• The hirer is required to comply with the number of passenger limit. Any risk, summons, damages or injury due to over load of passenger will be under hirer responsibility.

Insurance & Excess

• All vehicles are fully covered by standard motor insurance policy, however the hirer are subject to excess damage of maximum RM2,000 per vehicle. All insurance and excess will be void if the damage or accidents is caused due to hirer negligence or misuse of the vehicle.
• The accident or damage only applies for a collision between two moving objects. Any damage while the vehicle is stationary will be under hirer’s full responsibility and subjected to the above excess.
• For damage which involves a third party, the hirer is required to get information from the third party driver which include the driver’s name, IC/Passport, driving license and third party vehicle’s registration number. If the claim cannot be made against third party insurance, all damage will be under hirer’s responsibility and subjected to the above excess.
• In the event of car accident or theft during the rental period, please inform our staff immediately. The police report should be made within 24 hours after the accident or from the time you’ve found out the theft or loss. Please ask assistance from our staff to process the insurance claims.

Penalties

• Smoking is prohibited inside the car. Penalty MYR50 will be charged for cleaning any unpleasant odour.
• All traffic/parking summons (if any) will be under hirer responsibility. Penalty MYR50 will be charged if the customer failed to pay the summons within the time specified.

Mileage Policy

• Max kilometer included per rental is 300 KM/day or 2,100 KM/week or 9,000 KM/month. Additional kilometer will be calculated according to this formula (Daily Rental Rate/300 KM) X Additional kilometer. 

Fuel Policy

• Make sure you return the car with the same level of fuel stated in this rental agreement form. We reserve the right to charge for refuelling at RM10 per bar.

Deposit

• The hirer is required to pay a security deposit of minimum MYR50. The security deposit will be refunded upon returned of the vehicles if no damages had occured during the rental period.

Extension & Returning The Vehicle

• Please inform us if you would like to extend the rental period, extension without our permission are not valid and all risk will be under hirer responsibility.
• Please inform our staff if you would like to return the vehicle. All minor damage below the cost of RM2,000 will be under hirer responsibility.
